Before finding  this path, Heather worked as a teacher  and social worker. While dealing with job stress and personal loss paired with a heightened sense of empathy and self awareness she found  that allowing her light to shine, within herself and on others was her true calling.  Heather takes great delight in  being surrounded by nature, spontaneous laughter, crafting, and reading poetry, though not typically all at once.

Heather is a Yoga teacher, a  Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master, a Theta healer and a Facilitator. In each session she will remove energy that is not serving your highest and best and help you to find, within yourself; light , love, and a greater sense of well-being.
