DIASTASIS REHAB
In addition Heather is trained in the Tupler technique - a specialization that helps her to teach you how to get rid of the baby belly after birthing. The focus of this system is using a set of exercises and breathing to close your diastasis. A diastasis is a separation of the rectus abdominis (outermost abdominal muscles). When these muscles separate the connective tissue that joins them stretches sideways. The more it stretches sideways the thinner and weaker it becomes.
Effect of closing diastasis on body: Closing the diastasis will give you a flat belly, a smaller waist and relieve any back problems you are having.
Heather is the only Tupler Technique qualified teacher in the state of Oregon!

Friend Sessions
If you organize a group of 3-4 friends and provide a space I will come to your home and give a group lesson. This is especially fun for a group of new moms that want to stretch, strengthen their cores, and also be near their babes. Friend sessions are typically one and a half to two hours long.
$40/person/session. Hostess gets half off of this session.
Private Sessions
Sessions in your home or my home studio, with a focus on therapeutics.
$70/hour.
Yoga and diastis rehab can be combined in any session.
