There is a full moon on the 3rd, and I wanted to share this wonderful idea for a full moon treat. We’ve all had sun tea, right? Well, the idea is the same. Your making tea with solar energy, but this time try it with the infusion of moon beams.
Here are directions from Rosemary Gladstar, a really awesome herbalist:
“To prepare lunar tea: Place herbs in a open glass or bowl. Cover the mixture with fresh water and place directly under the moon light. Do not cover. Allow the moon the infuse all night and drink first thing in the morning upon rising.”
The picture is of a floral tea and a pregnancy tea that I made/ drank last full moon.If you need any help or suggestions for what herbs to use in your tea blend let me know- I’d be happy to make suggestions. Enjoy!
