Lunar Tea

There is a full moon on the 3rd, and I wanted to share this wonderful idea for a full moon treat. We’ve all had sun tea, right? Well, the idea is the same. Your making tea with solar energy, but this time try it with the infusion of moon beams.

Here are directions from Rosemary Gladstar, a really awesome herbalist:

“To prepare lunar tea: Place herbs in a open glass or bowl. Cover the mixture with fresh water and place directly under the moon light. Do not cover. Allow the moon the infuse all night and drink first thing in the morning upon rising.”
